Nicolas Rosenthal

“I enjoy each challenge as much as learning about and understanding the individuals with whom I persevere to find the perfect solution. Each client is a unique and valued encounter with whom I forge bonds that can weather any obstacle for generations.”

Nicolas is above all a proud husband and devoted father of three rambunctious children. He encourages in himself and others, the profound values of communicating knowledge (philosophical movement of the Age of Enlightenment). Nicolas’s entrepreneurship has been formed over multiple decades by an extensive number of extraordinary encounters made around small stories that then create large ones. Each of these encounters are an intertwined intimate story that today, form a formidable professional network. For more than 10 years he has been a dedicated apprentice of the Art of Monozukuri through which he defends the aesthetics and harmony of industrial projects and business relations.

Professionally, Nicolas is an independent legal expert who has extensive experience in banking, governance, information systems and transactions. He is regularly consulted during Mergers and Acquisitions in the Swiss banking sector and a number of industries. He is Chairman of the Board of Directors of a Swiss Private Bank. He works with International Committees and Organizations on legal and normative aspects of trade, defense and critical data.

Nicolas assists his clients in consolidating their strategic investments through value convergence.

Arozarena Art Association

From the Corps de ballet to the Heart of the business

The concept of governance seeks to answer the eternal question of effective decision-making within an increasingly complex organization, where the strategy and priorities are no longer well understood, where the decision-making process is mainly characterized by confusion due to the proliferation of divergent interests. It is also good to understand that decision-making in a company is not an isolated act. It is expressed over time as the coordination of collective action.

On the model of a dance company where the members of the corps de ballet manage to perform in harmony a choreography such as strategic alignments, coordinating their bodies to the same rhythm and causing a unique emotion and intense group movement, all while retaining their individuality, Nicolas Rosenthal, in association with the ballet master Julio Arozarena, proposes to transpose their knowledge of this bodywork to reproduce an equivalent result within your company.
